Processing Time

The time needed to create and prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual item descriptions. In general, most items ship within 2-15 business days. Custom projects and larger installations require a minimum of 4-8 weeks to create, once the order is placed.

Please note; Federal Holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days. Rush orders are available if time permits, at an additional cost. If you require Rush Service, contact Michelle HERE, before placing your order.

Details

Pretty Papel only ships within the contiguous United States. International shipping is not available. All orders are sent from Columbus, Ohio via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, as well as UPS. Tracking information is emailed at time of shipment. Items are packaged and secured with great care and attention. Whenever possible, I reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials to reduce waste and keep shipping costs down.

Though not at all expected, it is possible for damage to occur during shipping for reasons beyond my control. If this happens, please contact me directly and send pictures of the damaged item and shipping box to info@prettypapel.com within 3 days of receipt. Either a refund will be issued, or a replacement sent when possible. If a package is shown as "delivered" by USPS or UPS, but the buyer or recipient still has not received it, Pretty Papel is not responsible for replacing the order. Please ensure that someone is present to receive delivery.
