Refund policy
Pretty Papel does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Because of the time and labor invested in each handmade piece, all sales are final. Please shop intentionally.
If, in the extremely rare occasion, something is wrong with an order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will either replace/repair the item in question or provide a refund. Email photographs to info@prettypapel.com, or contact Michelle (me) HERE. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
